Who we are

In short: the Spektar factory in Gornji Milanovac, Serbia, runs this site.

This website, spektar.com, is operated by Preduzeće za proizvodnju, konsalting i promet SPEKTAR d.o.o. Gornji Milanovac, registered at Rudnička BB, 32300 Gornji Milanovac, Serbia, with its production facility at Ibarski Put 110, Gornji Milanovac (company registration number 07364407, tax number 100888650) — referred to below as "Spektar", "we", or "us".

Spektar is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy-related question or request, contact us at info@spektar.com.

What data we collect

In short: your inquiry details, basic server logs, and anonymous visit counts.

Inquiry form. When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, the product you are interested in, your industry, and your message.

Technical data. Like virtually all websites, our hosting infrastructure processes basic technical information about visits (such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages) in server logs, for security and to operate the service.

Aggregated analytics. We use a privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics service that shows us aggregated page-view statistics. It does not use cookies and does not build profiles of individual visitors.

We do not collect any other personal data. This website has no user accounts, no advertising, and no marketing trackers.

Why we process it

In short: to answer you, and to keep the website running securely.

We use the data from your inquiry solely to respond to it and to correspond with you about your request — the steps taken at your request prior to a possible business relationship (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Technical log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the website securely.

Who receives your data

In short: three service providers help run the site — none of them may use your data for themselves.

We do not sell or share personal data for marketing. The following providers process data on our behalf as part of running this website:

FormSubmit
Relays your inquiry form submission to our email inbox.
Vercel Inc. USA
Hosts this website and provides the aggregated, cookie-free analytics described above.
Microsoft Corporation
Provides the business email service (Microsoft 365) where your inquiry is received and answered.

Where these providers process data outside Serbia or the European Economic Area, transfers rely on recognized safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

In short: there are none — that's why you never saw a cookie banner.

This website does not use cookies — neither for tracking, nor advertising, nor analytics, and nothing is stored in your browser to identify you.

How long we keep it

In short: as long as your inquiry and ordinary business correspondence require.

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, as ordinary business correspondence for as long as a business relationship or legal obligation requires. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short, limited period.

Your rights

In short: your data stays yours — one email to us is enough to exercise any of these.

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you
  • have inaccurate data corrected
  • have your data erased
  • restrict or object to our processing
  • receive your data in a portable format
  • withdraw consent at any time, where given

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) or, if you are in the EU, with your local supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy

In short: if anything changes, this page and its date change with it.

If we change how this website handles personal data, we will update this policy and the date at the top of this page.
